Dear Tim
Just when I thought it was safe to think about my retirement do without suffering an involuntary emotional reaction, your DVD package arrives through the letterbox and I soon get wobblier than a drunk pogo stick user on a trampoline...... What can I say? The eight letters which make up the phrase 'thank you' doesn't seem enough or appropriate. I have never known a more personal, bespoke type of retirement present and I am very grateful indeed.
You really have an amazing skill of taking photos in such an inspirational way. There are many images of the people on the slide show that I have known for years whom I now see in a new perspective. The black and white images are particularly excellent at creating that redefined image of a familiar face.

You and Tom are two of the nicest people I've met. On a professional level you were simply outstanding. Everything you said you were, you were and everything you said you would do, you did. Thanks for all the text messages along the way, they were really nice and helpful. By the time you arrived you made me feel as if you were both my good friends and not just my photographers.
Well, what can I say about the photos I've seen, I never doubted your ability, but the few I've seen are just amazing. Did you pick out the best of the hundreds you took to put on the site or are there more of the same? Anyway you were both fantastic and the best photographers in the world. I truly mean that. Hi Tim,
we are absolutely amazed at the way you and Tom have committed yourselves. Donna and Chris are in mid flight to Egypt for their honeymoon just about now. They thoroughly enjoyed their day and have continually asked me to convey their love and thanks to you two for being there and making the photography a relaxing, rather than formal, experience. As the last of our friends and families were leaving Branston on Sunday morning, the emotions of the previous day finally caught up with Donna (bless her heart) ......... amongst the tears she said to me; "Dad, the memories of our day are locked in my heart forever". She is, of course, absolutely right........ but with the important part played by you and Tom, Donna and Chris will relive their special day for the rest of their lives.
